Service Description
Package Inclusions: • 1 hour and 30 minutes studio photo session with photographer • 2 layouts: 1 basic set design + 1 plain backdrop • Creative direction during the shoot • Hair and makeup included • 40 enhanced digital copies • 1 A4 framed photo • 5 pcs 4R photo prints • All raw photos included Best for: glam portraits, birthday shoots, creative portraits, personal branding, set cards, and milestone photos. Note: Basic set design is included. Additional fees may apply for complicated themes, custom props, balloon-heavy setups, or set designs with many elements.
AM.Hiraya Booking Policy
By booking with AM.Hiraya Studio, clients agree to the following terms: Booking & Payment A booking is confirmed upon payment of the required reservation fee/down payment. Reservation fees are non-refundable as your selected date and time are reserved exclusively for you. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session for cancellations or rescheduling. One (1) rescheduling is allowed free of charge, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests are subject to a ₱350 fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to applicable deductions. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid affecting succeeding clients. Significant delays may require rescheduling and applicable fees. Package & Session Changes Changes involving the package, number of participants, theme, set design, location, or other requirements must be communicated in advance. Requests requiring additional materials, preparation, staff, or shooting time may incur additional charges. Studio-Initiated Rescheduling If AM.Hiraya Studio must reschedule due to emergencies, severe weather, equipment issues, power interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control, clients may choose another available schedule without a rescheduling fee. Photo Selection & Processing For packages requiring photo selections, clients must submit their complete selections within the timeframe provided by the studio. Post-processing turnaround begins only upon receipt of complete selections. Digital File Retention Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered photos. AM.Hiraya Studio retains digital files for up to one (1) year from final delivery/session completion. After this period, files may be permanently deleted, and recovery or re-uploading cannot be guaranteed. Unclaimed Physical Items Physical inclusions such as prints, frames, photobooks, and albums will be kept for up to one (1) year from the date of your session. Items left unclaimed beyond this period may be disposed of as part of our studio storage policy, with or without additional notice. Acceptance Payment of the reservation fee and confirmation of a booking signifies that the client has read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy. Thank you for choosing AM.Hiraya Studio. 🤍
