Cancellation Policy

EVENT COVERAGE POLICY 1. Booking & Reservation A booking is only confirmed once the required down payment has been settled. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon. 2. Coverage Time Coverage time starts at the agreed call time or event start time indicated in the booking. Any extension beyond the booked coverage hours will be charged accordingly and is subject to photographer availability. 3. Event Schedule & Delays Clients are encouraged to provide the final event schedule or program before the event. Delays caused by the event flow, guests, venue, or program adjustments are counted within the booked coverage time. 4. Output & Delivery Enhanced digital copies will be delivered through a Google Drive link within the stated turnaround time, depending on the package availed. Raw photos are included only if stated in the package. 5. Editing & Post-Processing All enhanced photos will undergo basic editing and post-processing, including color correction, exposure adjustment, cropping, and overall photo enhancement. Extensive retouching, object removal, face/body contouring, or advanced edits may be subject to additional fees. 6. Client Responsibility The client is responsible for securing permits, venue approvals, access passes, parking, meals, and other requirements needed for the coverage team to properly perform the service. 7. Onsite / Outdoor Conditions For outdoor or onsite events, lighting, weather, venue restrictions, crowd control, and available space may affect the final output. The team will do its best to maximize the available conditions during the event. 8. Rescheduling Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability. Down payments are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if the request is made ahead of time and the new schedule is available. 9. File Storage Clients are advised to download and back up their photos once the Google Drive link is sent. Amhiraya Studio may only keep files for a limited storage period. 10. Usage Rights Amhiraya Studio may use selected photos for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests privacy before the event. 11. Add-ons & Extra Requests Requests outside the package inclusions may be considered add-ons and charged accordingly.
